Disciplinary Tribunal Decision - Vicki Roycroft

This notice is required to be given under the Equestrian Australia (EA) Disciplinary Tribunal Procedure and Protocol and the Equestrian Australia Disciplinary Bylaws (Bylaws).

Ms Vicki Roycroft was found to have breached paragraphs (l) and (q) of clause 17 of the Bylaws whilst competing in the Grand Prix class at the Equestrian Lifestyle Festival on 14 November 2015. 

The Tribunal imposed a three month suspension, which will commence immediately if and only if Ms Roycroft is found to have committed a further offence under the Bylaws by act or omission taking place after 23 December 2015.
