Equestrian NSW announced today the re-launching of its NCAS Committee, now re-branded as the ENSW Education Committee.  The charter of the Committee is to oversee and assist with the development of:

  • Participation pathways to attract both children and adults into equestrian
  • Coach and Officials education
  • Junior development programs
  • School equestrian syllabuses

The Subcommittee will liaise closely with Equestrian Australia’s Education Manager and NCAS Committee.

Following an expression of interest process, the Equestrian NSW Board selected the following Committee members:

  • Mark Dobson
  • Carolyn James
  • Megan Joerg
  • Chrissie Johnson
  • Sharmayne Spencer
  • Sue Birch (Secretary)

In announcing the new Committee, Equestrian NSW CEO, Bruce Farrar, said “We’re delighted to have on board the members of our new Education Committee.  They bring a wealth of experience, represent both the city and the bush and come from diverse backgrounds.”
